Join Gallagher as a Principal Broker and lead the strategic management of a number of key assets in the IFM client portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes, driving retention and growth, leading complex insurance placement and claims strategies, and building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Drawing on expert broking knowledge and managing the relationships with key clients, portfolio companies,



retail brokers, the market and international colleagues, you will act as a trusted adviser while identifying new business opportunities and supporting team success.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Extensive insurance broking and account management experience, preferably managing large or complex corporate accounts.
- Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute account retention and growth strategies.
- Technical expertise in insurance placement, renewals, claims management and risk solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership, commercial acumen and ability to drive results.
- Sound knowledge of insurance legislation, compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Tier 1 qualification (essential) and NIBA registration/qualification preferred
