We're seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to lead and grow our team and our Power, Electrical and Control Systems capability. This is an opportunity to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to major clients while helping build one of Australia's most respected infrastructure advisory and engineering consultancies.
You'll work across energy, water, transport, resources and industrial sectors, influencing projects from concept and pre-feasibility through design and delivery support to commissioning and operation.
Most importantly, you'll help shape the capability, mentor future leaders and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.

What You'll Bring
- RPEQ registration
- Approximately 10+ years' experience
- Deep expertise in power systems, control systems or both
- Consulting, feasibility and design experience
- Strong technical leadership capability
- Client relationship and business development experience
- A passion for developing people and building engineering capability
We're particularly interested in people with consulting, design, owner's engineer, feasibility, due diligence and infrastructure advisory experience who can bring practical solutions to clients.
