/n Are you looking to take the next step in your IT Service Management career? We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking two Junior ITSM Support Analysts to support and enhance key ITIL service management processes within a secure workplace./n

/n These permanent positions offer the opportunity to work closely with operational and technical teams, driving process improvement and service delivery outcomes across critical ICT services./n

/n

/n

Change, Release & Configuration Experience/n

/n /n

- Support and maintain Change Management processes

/n

- Assist with Release Management activities and governance

/n

- Contribute to Configuration Management and CMDB accuracy

/n

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and compliance uplift

/n Incident & Request Management Experience /n

/n /n

- Support Incident and Major Incident Management processes

/n

- Monitor and report on service performance and trends

/n

- Assist with Request Management workflows and continuous improvement initiatives

/n

- Collaborate with service desk and operational teams to improve customer outcomes

/n About You/n /n

- Experience supporting ITSM or ITIL-based environments

/n

- Understanding of core ITSM disciplines such as Change, Incident, Release, Configuration or Request Management

/n





- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

/n

- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

/n

- Ability to work within a secure government or enterprise workplace

/n Essential Requirements/n /n

- Current NV2 Security Clearance

/n

- 2 Years experience /n
- Ability to work onsite in Canberra
