$33 - $39 per hour depending on role and experience

Our client is a leading food and service company based in Regency Park, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to its customers.

Due to ongoing operational requirements, we are seeking reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals to join their growing team across several areas of the business.

We currently have opportunities available within Eskie Production, Pick Packing and Kitchen Preparation.

Available Positions

1. Eskie Production Workers - $33-$34 per hour

Shift:

- Monday: 6:30am start

- Tuesday to Friday: 3:30am start.

Duties include:

- Working on the Eskie production line.

- Ensuring boxes are correctly sealed and securely packaged.

- Checking the quality and presentation of finished boxes.

- Identifying damaged or incorrectly packed products.

- Lifting and loading packed orders into trucks for dispatch.

- Maintaining a clean and safe working workplace.

2. Pick Packers - $38-$39 per hour

Shift:

- Monday to Thursday: 10:00am start.

Duties include:

- Picking customer orders accurately using picking lists.

- Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch.

- Checking product quantities and order accuracy.

- Labelling and organising completed orders.

- Assisting with loading and unloading stock.

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

- Meeting daily production and dispatch targets.

3. Kitchen Production Workers - Hourly Rate to Be Confirmed

Shift:





- Monday to Thursday: 5:00am start.

Duties include:

- Cutting, slicing and preparing vegetables to company standards.

- Using knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation.

- Following food safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements.

- Working alongside the kitchen team to meet daily production targets.

- Assisting with general food preparation and kitchen duties.

About You To be successful in these roles, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehousing, pick packing or commercial kitchen environments (depending on the position).

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good hand-eye coordination.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling.

- Reliable, punctual and committed to your rostered shifts.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
