Established gold operation, which has plans to significantly expand its production through bringing online a current CIL plant to complement the current operation, is looking to appoint a Processing Manager.

Reporting to the GM, you will work as part of a small but highly effective and loyal expat team, which have led the turnaround at site. You will be responsible for leading production and technical teams, including maintenance within the CIL plant, as well as help commission a new CIL plant.

The role is offered on a FIFO basis from point of hire, with a competitive salary paid in $US.

To be considered:

· Tertiary qualifications in metallurgy, chemical engineering or a related field.

· Previous experience trouble shooting and optimising plant operations, with an emphasis on gold CIL.

· Excellent people skills, with a hands-on approach to managing and developing the team.

· Previous management experience gained at a Superintendent, or Manager level within the process plant.
