We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Filleting QA Officer to support our Filleting and Smokehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining food safety, product quality, hygiene standards, and supporting production teams to ensure customer and company requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality assurance checks and monitoring activities throughout production.
- Perform product quality assessments and identify quality issues.
- Complete food safety and CCP monitoring
- Conduct hygiene and sanitation inspections within production areas.
- Perform equipment inspections.
- Complete routine calibration and verification checks.
- Monitor and record waste, inventory usage, and production data.
- Support production teams during daily operations.
- Investigate and communicate food safety, quality, or equipment concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, food safety, and workplace safety initiatives.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or seafood processing is desirable but not essential
