Join a high-profile Australian Government regulatory organisation delivering a significant digital transformation program. The organisation is modernising essential registry services and developing sustainable digital products that support users, regulatory functions and business operations.

Your new role

As Product Manager, you will own the vision, outcomes, roadmap and priorities for a portfolio of complex digital products and registry services.

Working across users, policy, legal, operations and technology teams, you will:

- Define clear product visions, outcomes, roadmaps and priorities
- Own outcome-based prioritisation and product backlog decisions
- Manage competing stakeholder needs and resolve priority conflicts
- Guide products across the full lifecycle, from discovery through to sustainable operation
- Ensure products can be effectively maintained and enhanced following delivery
- Establish meaningful product outcomes and measures
- Partner with internal personnel to transfer knowledge and build lasting product capability

Potential product areas may include company registration and lodgement, search services, identity and access management, APIs, customer management and regulatory registers.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Demonstrated Product Manager, Digital Product Manager or Product Lead experience
- Experience managing government, regulatory or similarly complex digital products
- Solid product roadmap, prioritisation and lifecycle ownership experience
- A track record of making outcome-based product and backlog decisions
- Experience managing stakeholders across policy, legal, operations, users and technology
- The ability to define and measure product outcomes
- Strong experience resolving competing priorities and navigating complex delivery environments
- Experience with government digital services, human-centred or service design, and data-intensive transactional products will be highly regarded
- Australian citizenship and the ability to meet the required suitability assessment requirements before commencement
- An existing AGSVA security clearance will be advantageous
