The Role The ABC is looking for a Production Administrator. You’ll join our Screen team, coordinating the administrative, operational and financial processes that keep productions running smoothly.

- Prepare and coordinate submissions for Screen content commissioning
- Keep budgets on track with forecasting, analysis, purchase orders and invoice payments
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders for various internal and external commissions
- Support managers and content makers to get the most out of our automated systems

About You You’re organised, detail-focused and great at building relationships at every level. You enjoy keeping many moving parts on track, you’re confident working with budgets and data, and you’re the kind of person colleagues trust to get things done accurately and on time.

You’ll Have

- Proven production experience working on long form and event production including post- production and confident understanding a variety of production methodologies.
- Experience in cost management and preparing and coordinating commissioning submissions that get content over the line
- Robust understanding of production budgets analysis skills, including scheduling,



location logistics rights clearances
- Sharp planning and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines without missing a beat
- Advanced communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
