We are seeking Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. This diverse role encompasses production support, inventory handling, quality checks, forklift operation and general workshop activities. What You'll Do

- Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

- Unload and receive incoming goods

- Package, label and load outgoing products

- Support manufacturing processes using forklifts with jib and long-tyne attachments

- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming goods

- Store inventory in designated locations

- Pick and prepare parts for the Production Workshop

- Assist with basic manufacturing preparation tasks

- Complete quality and production documentation accurately

- Assist with general production and labouring duties as required

- Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided where required)

- Support tradespeople and team leaders to ensure production targets are achieved

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment





- Follow company procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture

Who You Are

- Hold a current Forklift Licence with demonstrated experience operating counterbalance forklifts

- Have a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing or warehouse environment
- A team player with strong communication skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

- Committed to safe work practices and following procedures

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual handling tasks
