Production Operators – $50.79/hr | 4-Day Working Week

Fuse Recruitment is seeking experienced Production Operators to join our client, a global leader in sustainability, providing innovative water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions that help protect people and the resources essential to life.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will play an key role in ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently in line with company procedures
- Following written and verbal instructions to ensure consistent production and product quality
- Working to production schedules while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Completing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance as required




- Accurately completing production records, documentation and paperwork
- Working collaboratively with your team to maintain a smooth and efficient production process
- Identifying and reporting any safety, quality or equipment issues
- Working rostered shifts and overtime when required

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience in chemical or food manufacturing will be highly regarded
- A sound understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment
- The ability to confidently follow procedures, instructions and safety requirements
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Flexibility and availability to work rostered shifts and overtime when required
