Leading our production department, you will be responsible for the inventory, manufacturing and bottling of a diverse range of skin care products, including water-based, oil-based and powdered formulations.

SKILLS + KNOWLEDGE

- Practical understanding of production, blending, packaging and warehouse operations.
- Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills to lead and influence.
- Understanding of allergen management, traceability and batch manufacturing.
- ERP software as it applies to production planning, assemblies, stock control and ordering.
- Strong working knowledge of either/or HACCP, GMP or ISO9001 standards.
- Mechanical aptitude.

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 3 years, demonstrated experience of leading/coordinating manufacturing team/s and/or supervisors that are operating mixing, processing and packaging equipment.
- Balance daily operational demands with longer‑term improvements.
- Monitoring critical manufacturing parameters including stock, rosters, batch quality, hygiene, secure working practices and product consistency
- Maintaining quality via systematic performance of in-process checks, logs, spot checking,



supervision, procedures and manufacturing documentation.
- Responsible for batch documentation records and working with the management team as the production representative.
- Equipment troubleshooting, proven ability.
- Software relevant to inventory control and batch manufacturing.

HIGHLY REGARDED

- Current forklift license.
- Experience with both manual and automated lines.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with practical bulk manufacturing or compounding experience within pharmaceutical, therapeutic, cosmetic, personal care, food or another GMP-controlled manufacturing environment.
