We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Cloud Program Manager to lead a large-scale greenfield insurance transformation program.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 8 years of experience leading Guidewire implementation programs.
- Proven track record delivering 2–3 Guidewire Cloud greenfield implementations.
- Strong expertise across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, DataHub, and InfoCenter.
- Experience managing large-scale insurance transformation programs.
- Robust knowledge of Guidewire Cloud architecture and implementation lifecycle.
- Experience managing global teams across business, technology, integration, data, and testing workstreams.
- Expertise in program governance, budgeting, risk management, vendor management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of P&C; Insurance processes.

Preferred:

- Medical Indemnity Insurance experience.
- Guidewire and AWS/Azure Cloud certifications.
- Exposure to Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps.
