The opportunity
Our client and their partners are moving their enterprise systems to a TechnologyOne SaaS setting under a group project arrangement. The project gives all three organisations a shared system and common business processes, with better corporate and customer support for their communities.
We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to drive the people side of this change.
Reporting to the Director, you will:
- Lead and embed the change management, communication, training and stakeholder engagement plans
- Build commitment to the shared services vision among stakeholders across all three organisations
- Work with TechnologyOne key users and process owners to develop a common approach
- Prepare end-user training material and coordinate training for staff
- Facilitate risk assessments and deliver a rigorous operational handover so the new processes and system are embedded
About you
You understand how to bring people along on complex system change. You are an excellent communicator who can influence, negotiate and build relationships at every level, from frontline service teams to executives and vendors.
You will bring
- Demonstrated experience in project/change management and the implementation of ERP or other enterprise systems
- Knowledge and practical application of change management (and/or business analysis) methodologies in real change scenarios
- Experience with TechnologyOne, including configuration and administration (highly regarded)
- Experience in a public sector organisation (highly regarded)
- Success in leading and motivating internal stakeholders and meeting objectives within time constraints and competing demands
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or significant experience in project management, change management, information technology, or a similar role.
