Join a leading practice working on the award-winning projects as a Project BIM Manager

Join a globally recognised architecture practice in a hands-on BIM leadership role, supporting the delivery of major, technically complex projects across infrastructure, aviation and other large-scale sectors. Working closely with project teams and the wider Design Technology group, you'll provide BIM direction, technical guidance and project-level leadership while helping drive innovation and consistency across the studio.

This role would suit an accomplished BIM professional with strong Revit expertise, experience working on large-scale projects and the ability to lead, mentor and share knowledge. Candidates approaching Project BIM Manager level, with the ambition and capability to step into a leadership role, will also be considered.

Key responsibilities

- Lead BIM delivery and implementation across major projects
- Provide strategic BIM advice, technical support and troubleshooting to project teams
- Develop and maintain project BIM Execution Plans, standards and workflows
- Oversee model setup, federation, coordination and quality assurance
- Manage BIM deliverables and coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders
- Support and mentor BIM Coordinators and project team members
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, technology and project efficiency
- Contribute to studio-wide Design Technology initiatives and knowledge sharing

Skills and experience

- 5+ years' experience applying BIM within an architectural or multidisciplinary practice
- Advanced Revit expertise and knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, knowledge of Rhino, Dynamo, Navisworks, Revizto and computational design tools will be advantageous
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex projects, ideally across infrastructure or aviation




- Strong understanding of BIM standards
- Proven experience in model federation, coordination, clash detection and QA processes
- Ability to develop and implement BIM strategies and project workflows
- Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating BIM teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and support teams at all levels
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a genuine interest in design technology and continuous improvement
