Project Coordinator

6-Month Initial Contract | Sydney | Hybrid Working | $600 + Super per day An exciting opportunity for a capable and proactive Project Coordinator to join a leading Australian retail organisation, supporting the delivery of key projects and tech initiatives.

Working alongside Project Managers and wider delivery teams, you will play an integral role in keeping projects organised, coordinating activities and ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with stakeholders and takes a hands-on approach to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are tracked.
- Support Project Managers with project planning, reporting and governance.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and key documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project progress, follow up on outstanding actions and proactively address blockers.




- Work across multiple teams to ensure dependencies and deliverables are managed effectively.

About You
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator role within a medium to large organisation.
- Experience supporting technology, transformation or business projects.
- Robust project administration, coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and working across multiple workstreams.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Retail industry experience will be advantageous.

The Details
- Contract: Initial 6 months, with potential to extend.
- Location: Sydney.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office.
- Rate: $600 per day + super.
