About the role

Impact: You’ll keep Hims & Hers creative output moving. You’ll take over the traffic and coordination of everything coming through the creative team, so briefs turn into shipped assets on time, and our strategists, producers, and editors can stay focused on the work itself.

What you’ll be doing

- Own intake and traffic: log briefs, schedule work, assign tasks, and keep our trackers (such as Asana and the weekly content line-up) current.
- Run the weekly planning rhythm, with explicit priorities, deadlines, and handoffs.
- Chase reviews and approvals, including clinical and compliance sign-off, and unblock work before deadlines slip.
- Manage job numbers and consistent asset naming through to ad launch.
- Coordinate external vendors and freelancers, including briefs,



timelines and invoices.
- Report on output, turnaround, and bottlenecks, and continuously improve process and templates.

About you

- 2–4 years in project coordination or traffic management in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- Confident with project tools such as Asana, and you keep them clean and trusted.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear, calm communicator who can hold senior stakeholders and creatives to dates.
- Comfortable with high volume and shifting priorities.

Nice to have

- Experience in a regulated industry with multi-step review workflows.
- Experience coordinating video and photo production.
