With an experienced leadership team and plenty of support around you, this is a great opportunity to join a business where you can develop long term rather than simply move from project to project.Your new role /n This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator ready to step up into a Project Engineer position.
Equally, they would consider an existing Project Engineer looking to make a sideways move into a business offering stronger progression and exposure.Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you will be involved across the full delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, including: /n /n
- Assisting with projects from pre-construction through to completion
/n
- Procurement and subcontractor management
/n
- Design coordination and resolving technical issues
/n
- Cost control, variations and progress claims
/n
- Programming and project coordination
/n
- Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
/n
- Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
/n
- Supporting the overall commercial and operational delivery of projects
/n What you'll need to succeed /n
/n - Experience as a Contract Administrator,
Senior Contract Administrator or Project Engineer
/n
- Strong construction knowledge with experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment or similar building projects
/n
- Confidence dealing with subcontractors, consultants and clients
/n
- Good commercial understanding alongside strong coordination skills
/n
- Excellent communication and organisation
/n
- Ambition to develop your career and take on greater project responsibility
/n
- A construction-related degree would be beneficial
