Job Overview

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead construction projects from planning through delivery, keeping teams, schedules, budgets, and project requirements aligned. You’ll coordinate with field and office teams, review project documents, and address issues early to keep work moving safely and efficiently. Your impact: Clear coordination and proactive cost and schedule management help project teams deliver reliable infrastructure and commercial construction work.

Duties

- Develop and coordinate project schedules, budgets, estimates, contracts, and project plans.
- Lead construction teams and coordinate owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners.
- Track costs, schedule progress, risks, and changes; communicate updates and resolve issues.
- Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and specifications to support field execution.
- Maintain project records and support compliance with construction regulations and requirements.

Requirements

- Project management experience in construction, including construction site experience and project coordination; experience managing teams in a construction management role is important.




- Knowledge of construction management, project leadership, cost management, construction budget management, project scheduling, schedule coordination, and construction project management.
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and schematics; familiarity with contracts, construction regulations, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management or project management software. Tools may include Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid.
- Construction estimating and commercial construction experience are useful; experience managing complex infrastructure projects is preferred. Robust time management and construction scheduling skills are valued.

Pay: $120.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
