Aligned Search is partnering with growing, multi-site organisation looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the next phase of its Dayforce transformation journey. Following the implementation of Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management, the business is now focused on optimisation, further module rollouts and improving the overall employee experience.

About the role:

- Optimising existing Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management functionality

- Leading the implementation of Recruitment and Onboarding modules

- Uplifting the Learning module and improving compliance processes

- Rolling out Dayforce across additional sites

- Driving process improvement, automation and system efficiency

- Managing project governance, budgets, timelines and executive stakeholder reporting

About you:

- Proven experience delivering Dayforce transformation projects





- Strong project management and governance capabilities

- Experience managing complex projects within a live operating environment

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Experience delivering multi-site or enterprise-wide implementations
