Our Infrastructure, Streetscapes & Minor Works division is growing, so we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery.

The role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll own your projects from start to finish and lead a team of Supervisors, Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Site Admins. You’ll be responsible for:

- Full project lifecycle delivery in line with contract, program and budget

- Owning project budget, margin and cashflow, including approving cost reports, forecasts and variations

- Managing claims, client payments and commercial risk

- Program and sequencing, and allocating labour, plant and subcontractors to keep jobs on track

- Contract management, including NODs, EOTs and compliance





- Building strong relationships with clients, councils, utilities and other stakeholders

- Setting clear expectations, delegating, and developing your team in line with our competency framework

- Supporting tenders by reviewing scope, methodology and resourcing

About you

- Proven PM experience in civil construction, ideally local government, streetscapes, drainage, roads or minor works

- Strong commercial and contract management skills
- A leader who plans ahead, flags problems early and takes ownership

- Someone who builds trust with site crews as easily as with clients

- Degree in civil engineering or construction management (preferred)

- Current WA driver’s licence and White Card
