At Rentco, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead key business initiatives, growth projects, and continuous improvement programs across our national operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a range of strategic and operational projects. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful project outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from business case through to embedded outcome.

- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines and resource requirements.

- Coordinate internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.

- Manage risks, issues and dependencies across projects that share the same people and systems

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Run lean, practical governance and give clear, honest updates to the executive team

- Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.

- Manage change effectively and support business adoption.

About You To be successful in this role,



you will possess:

- Proven experience in a Project Manager role.

- Strong project planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

- Ability to run several projects at once with limited resources, and to set priorities when they compete

- Strong financial and budget management capability.

- Ability to work autonomously and influence outcomes.

- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.

- Project Management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) will be highly regarded.)
