Pay rate: $70-74 super per hour

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit a Project Support Officer. In this role, you will oversee implementation stages of a new teacher relief management solution (ClassCover) under the major Human Capital Management System (HCMS) Program—a digital transformation replacing legacy payroll and HR platforms with a modern SAP SuccessFactors and ClassCover solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to support delivery of the Teacher Relief Project and statewide implementation of the ClassCover solution.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, registers, action logs, meeting packs, records, and implementation artefacts.

- Lead project governance activities to meet identified timelines and delivery success criteria.

- Support engagement activities with principals, business managers, regional teams, and key stakeholders.

- Prepare agendas, meeting papers, detailed minutes, and track action registers.

- Complete procurement, finance, correspondence, and general administrative activities as required.





- Provide high-level administrative and project support directly to the Project Director.

About You

- Demonstrated experience performing project support and administrative responsibilities within large project environments.

- Robust written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.

- Proven capability to manage competing priorities, exercise initiative, and solve problems independently.

- Collaborative and flexible approach to supporting project delivery teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.

- Prior experience supporting ICT or digital transformation projects within Queensland Government or large education environments is desirable.
