What You’ll Do:

As our Property Manager, you’ll manage a residential portfolio with professionalism and flair, supported by our fantastic Admin, Leasing, and Accounts team. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service to tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities include

- Overseeing day-to-day management of residential properties

- Mastering arrears control and rental reviews

- Being the go-to liaison for landlords and tenants

- Preparing for and attending tribunals

- Conducting routine and in/outgoing inspections

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance

- Expanding your portfolio and skills with new business training





Who We’re Looking For:

You’re client-focused, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You go the extra mile to ensure smooth property management and satisfied clients. You bring:

- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

- Cooperative spirit and positive attitude

- Current driver’s license

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Ailo (bonus, not essential)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
