About the Role
- Due to growth, we are looking for a Property Manager for an extremely manageable portfolio of around 80 properties, end to end, in the Eglinton area.
- This portfolio would also suit an experienced Assistant looking to step up into their own portfolio, or a Senior who is wanting a slower pace.
- High level support teams in place
- Flexible/remote working arrangements - working smart without being overloaded.
- Streamlined systems & procedures in place
Skills & Experience
- Current Property Management Registration
- Previous property management experience, assistants encouraged to also apply
- Excellent problem-solving skills
