Love people, property and a team that genuinely has your back? Read on.

At Barry Plant Ballarat, we're not your average agency. We're boutique by design, growing fast, and proud to have one of the best cultures in the industry. We work hard, we celebrate wins (big and small), and we look after each other. Now we're looking for a Property Manager to grow with us.

About the role

You'll manage your own portfolio and be the go-to person for owners and tenants, keeping things running smoothly and making every client feel looked after. Day to day, you'll:

- Build solid, trusted relationships with Rental Providers and renters

- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports

- Coordinate maintenance and work with our network of trades

- Handle leasing, renewals and rent reviews

- Monitor leasing agreements and ensure relevant compliance and standards are met

- Bring fresh ideas to how we deliver an exceptional rental experience

About you

Experience in property management is a big plus, but honestly, it's your attitude we care about most. We'd love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)

- Bring energy, positivity and an enthusiastic approach to life

- Are organised, proactive and love success

- Communicate with warmth and confidence

- Hold a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Not afraid to make phone calls to clients

- Want to be part of a team, not just a job

Why join us?

- A supportive, fun, close-knit team where you're genuinely valued
- The strength of the Barry Plant network with the feel of a boutique office

- Ongoing training, mentoring and real opportunities to grow your career

- Competitive salary package on offer
- A culture people actually want to come to work for

Ready to make your move?

If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat. Send your resume and a short cover letter telling us a bit about yourself (and what makes you smile) to Shane at @barryplant.com.au for a confidential conversation.

Applications are reviewed as they come in, so don't wait!

Only applicants that currently hold an Agents Representative Certificate will be considered
