Pro-invest Group is launching a new stay brand, opening its first location in Coogee. Guests book a stay, run to a hotel standard, with the everyday practicality of a longer stay built in. The Property Manager is the day-to-day owner of that standard — and of how the property shows up in the neighbourhood around it. As the first property, Coogee is where the brand launches, and the Property Manager plays a lead role in bringing it to market.

Join us and lead the launch of a new hospitality brand. The first location opens in Coogee, December / January. It offers fully furnished stays, from a few nights to several months, all run to a hotel standard. Check-in is digital with keyless entry. That leaves the hosting to you: everything the app can’t do.

You’ll run the Coogee property day to day. That covers the roster, turnovers between stays, preventative maintenance, payroll prep and the budget. You’ll lead a small team of Hosts and Maintenance, and you’ll set the tone for every guest, from the first message before they arrive to checkout.

Then there’s the neighbourhood, which most property roles don’t include.



You build the calendar: a Thursday evening for guests, a sunrise class with a local studio, a kitchen down the road hosting a guest dinner. You decide what runs, how often and with whom. You negotiate the terms, track what each partnership earns, and drop what doesn’t perform.

The role needs real hosting instinct and a commercial head in the same person. You can read a forecast in the morning and read the room in the evening. The standard holds on both sides. Activation doesn’t come at the cost of compliance, and the numbers don’t come at the cost of the guest.

You’ll bring:

- Hotel or Hospitality management experience
- A front office or guest services background, and confidence fixing guest issues on the spot

- Experience building local partnerships, events or activations

- Comfort owning a budget and making the case for a current revenue idea

- Rostering, front-line leadership and WHS literacy
- A connection to Coogee, or the intent to build one
