Property Manager | Rowville italent are working with a well known agency in Rowville that is in a growth phase. They are looking for a Property Manager who is committed to a career in property management to join a close team of five, led by an experienced Head of Department.

THE ROLE

- Manage a residential portfolio end to end

- Work alongside an experienced Head of Department and Senior Property Manager

- Casual leasing support, VA admin support and inspection help when needed

- Share the emergency phone roster (about 1 week in 5, with AI support)

YOU WILL NEED

- 1 to 2 years property management experience

- Certificate in Real Estate or Agent's Representative registration

- Full working rights in Australia




- A commitment to building a long term career in property management

- Own car and current driver's licence

ON OFFER

- $75,000 to $80,000 plus super, depending on experience

- Monday to Friday

- Saturdays only if needed (no more than 10 a year), with time in lieu

- One day working from home per fortnight once settled
- In house and head office group training

- Off street parking

- Immediate start
