About the Role

You will be responsible for managing landlord and tenant relationships, overseeing maintenance, conducting inspections, managing arrears and ensuring the smooth operation of your portfolio.



With dedicated VA support handling administrative tasks, you can focus on client relationships, portfolio management and delivering exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in residential property management or similar role.
- Current Victorian Agent's Representative registration or relevant eligibility.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio efficiently with VA support.
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
