The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a quality residential portfolio within a stable and supportive team.

This is a role where you can focus on what you do best, with strong administrative support, streamlined systems and a collaborative team behind you. Enjoy the autonomy to manage your portfolio while having the backing and resources to deliver an exceptional level of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of the end-to-end management of your residential portfolio.
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
- Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs and general property care.




- Ensure legislative compliance and best-practice procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager or experienced Property Manager.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, professional and solutions-focused.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred.
