Utopia is one of the largest independently owned property management businesses in the Noosa Shire, looking after homes across Noosa Heads and Peregian Beach for over 30 years. Property management is all we do. We give our property managers the systems, training and time to do the job properly, because we want tenants to feel like guests and owners to know they can count on us. As Property Manager, you’ll look after your own portfolio, handling entry and exit inspections, organising maintenance with trusted local trades, keeping accurate records in PropertyMe, and covering for colleagues when they’re on leave. You won’t be doing it alone. We have dedicated support for routine inspections, maintenance triage and lease renewals, plus remote admin help, so your time goes into owners and tenants.

To succeed, you’ll need a Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate and a driver’s licence. One to two years of property management experience is ideal, but if you’ve come from cleaning, hospitality or another client-facing role, we’ll train and mentor you. PropertyMe experience is a plus.



There are explicit paths from here into Senior PM, BDM, operations or our holiday team, with REIQ membership and ongoing development along the way.

- Independent, but value structure: you run your own portfolio within agreed processes.
- Proud of the outcome: you care whether a property is looked after properly, not just whether the job got ticked off.
