This is a fantastic prospect for someone who loves interiors, thrives on creativity and enjoys the satisfaction of transforming a property into something truly special.

The Opportunity

Imagine spending your days working with beautiful furniture, artwork and homewares, creating spaces that inspire and leave a lasting impression.

- Managing styling projects from initial consultation through to installation.
- Conducting property visits, measurements and assessing styling requirements.
- Coordinating furniture selections, warehouse preparation and installation schedules.
- Leading and supporting junior stylists and installation teams.
- Building positive relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
- Ensuring every property is presented to an exceptional standard.

And while creativity is at the heart of this role, it's certainly not all about cushions and colour palettes! You'll enjoy being hands-on,

working alongside your team to deliver installations and meet project deadlines. What Will Make You Stand Out?

You'll bring

- A genuine passion for interiors, furniture, colour and design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an understanding of balance, scale and spatial planning.
- The confidence to independently manage styling projects and make creative decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build client relationships.
- A positive, energetic and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to lead, motivate and work collaboratively with others.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and be involved in the physical aspects of installations.
- A current driver's licence essential.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Because finding a role where you can combine your creativity, experience and love of interiors doesn't come along every day. You'll enjoy:

- Working with beautiful furniture, homewares and inspiring properties.
- The freedom to bring your ideas and creative vision to life.
- A friendly, supportive team who share your passion for interiors.
- Variety, autonomy and genuine ownership of your projects.
