Property Officer – Property Management

Stone Real Estate is looking for a motivated and organised Property Officer to join our growing Property Management team.

We're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn. Whether you're starting your real estate career or have some experience under your belt, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role

Working closely with our experienced Property Managers, you'll be involved in the day-to-day management of residential investment properties, helping us deliver exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll gain valuable experience across all areas of property management, with plenty of support and guidance along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting open homes and property inspections
- Preparing ingoing, outgoing and routine inspection reports
- Assisting with lease preparation and tenancy documentation
- Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
- Communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Supporting Property Managers with daily portfolio tasks
- Maintaining accurate records using PropertyMe and other systems
- Assisting with compliance and general property management administration

About You

We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude to work each day. You'll be someone who enjoys working with people,



takes pride in doing a great job and is always willing to lend a hand.

Essential requirements:

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly regarded, but not essential:

- Previous experience in real estate or property management
- Experience using PropertyMe or similar software

Property management experience isn't essential – we're happy to train the right person! What matters most to us is your attitude, reliability and commitment to providing great service.
