About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QE Playwright & Salesforce Automation Expert to strengthen our Quality Engineering capability and accelerate Salesforce automation maturity.

This is a hands-on technical role, focused on improving Playwright automation, increasing test reliability, and establishing scalable automation patterns across Salesforce customer, product, pricing, and order management journeys.

You will work directly with our QE engineers to solve complex automation challenges, enhance framework design, improve test execution quality, and build sustainable automation capabilities.

This is not a management or advisory-only role. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate recent hands-on experience designing, coding, debugging, and delivering automation solutions.

Candidates must have proven hands-on experience with:

- Salesforce Communications Cloud
- Vlocity (Salesforce Industries)
- OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Flows)

Significant: Experience must be demonstrated through real project delivery, technical implementations, troubleshooting, and automation development. Training, certifications, or indirect exposure alone will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Playwright & Test Automation
- Design,



develop, and maintain robust Playwright automation using TypeScript.
- Improve framework architecture, locators, waits, fixtures, authentication, reporting, and execution stability.
- Diagnose and resolve flaky test behavior using evidence-driven approaches.
- Build reusable automation patterns and best practices.

Salesforce Automation
- Automate Salesforce business processes including:
- Customer Management
- Product Catalog
- Pricing & Price Books
- Account Management
- Order Management
- Test Salesforce Lightning, LWC components, Communications Cloud, Vlocity, and OmniStudio solutions.
- Validate API integrations, data flows, and Salesforce configurations.

Agentic Testing & AI Enablement
- Review and improve MCP and AI-generated test assets.
- Convert generated tests into maintainable, enterprise-grade automated tests.
- Establish governance and quality standards for Agentic Testing adoption.

QE Team Enablement
- Conduct pair programming sessions and code reviews.
- Mentor engineers on Playwright and Salesforce automation best practices.
- Create documentation, troubleshooting guides, and framework standards.
- Support knowledge transfer and long-term framework sustainability.
