selectability is seeking a passionate Youth Worker to join our growing team in Ingham. This casual role supports children and young people with diverse needs in our residential program, providing secure, trauma-informed care and advocacy to promote wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have clear communication, strong record-keeping, and the ability to work across a 24/7 roster. A Cert IV qualification and related safeguarding certifications are required or available upon commencement.
