Ballarat & District Aboriginal Co-operative (BADAC) is seeking a Human Resources Officer for a full time ongoing position. The role provides comprehensive HR support, end-to-end recruitment, induction, development and employee relations within BADAC’s Aboriginal community-focused operations.

You will collaborate with HR Manager and HR Team Leader, contribute to policy development, training, audits and HR projects while upholding confidentiality and cultural awareness.
