About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. You will be part of a passionate and dedicated Early Years Team, nurturing children's curiosity, supporting their individual learning journeys and creating meaningful connections with children, families and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

- Provide high-quality education and care in a welcoming, inclusive and nurturing environment
- Encourage children to learn, grow, explore and thrive
- Ensure children's wellbeing, rights, voices and individual needs are at the heart of your practice
- Maintain a child-safe environment where every child feels protected, supported, respected and empowered
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Create engaging and meaningful learning experiences
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

About you

- Holds a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Has a genuine passion for educating and caring for young children
- Is enthusiastic, caring, approachable and motivated
- Builds positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Understands the importance of child safety,
