? About the Role This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. Your duties may include (but aren’t limited to):
- Supporting our agents and front desk operations
- Database management
- Listings, contracts and marketing coordination
- Assisting with social media and general administration
✅ What we’re looking for:
- A current Real Estate Certificate (essential)
- A current Drivers License (essential)
- Experience or familiarity with real estate systems such as CRM platforms, Realworks or RP Data, Inspect Real Estate (advantageous)
- Confidence using social media platforms
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
