The role
- You’ll start as a sales coordinator and be trained and supported to progress into a sales agent role. You’ll learn every part of a successful real estate sales business from the inside.
- Manage the database and follow up with clients
- Prospect and generate leads
- Assist with buyer and seller management
- Coordinate property campaigns and open homes
- Attend listing presentations and sales appointments
- Support negotiations and contract administration
- Build strong relationships in the local community
About you
- A proven sales track record in any industry
- Confident, qualified and well presented
- Competitive, resilient and motivated by results
- A great communicator who builds relationships easily
- Organised and able to juggle priorities
- Coachable, with a genuine drive to build a career in real estate
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Real Estate Registration Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
