We're looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Service Assistant to become the welcoming face of our business. Whether you're greeting customers, helping organise the day's bookings, or supporting our technicians behind the scenes, you'll play an important part in making sure every customer has a positive experience.
You don't need to know everything about cars—we're happy to teach the right person. If you enjoy helping people, are eager to learn, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with a friendly smile and qualified attitude.
- Assisting with service bookings.
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle.
- Supporting our technicians and helping the workshop run smoothly.
- Assisting with invoicing and general administration.
- Building genuine relationships with our loyal customers and making them feel valued.
We'd Love to Meet Someone Who Is
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people.
- Well organised and able to juggle a variety of tasks.
- A confident communicator with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Experienced in customer service or administration (automotive experience is a bonus, but not essential).
