At Active Fitness HQ, we've just taken our facility to the next level and now we're looking for the right person to help us grow with it. We're looking for someone who can turn a gym tour into a membership, a friendly conversation into a genuine connection, and a new enquiry into their next sale.

We're on the hunt for a confident, energetic and sales-driven personality to join our front-of-house team.

The Role

You'll be the face of AFHQ and a key part of our membership growth.

One minute you're welcoming a member, the next you're showing someone around our newly renovated facility, following up a lead or helping someone find the right membership.

What you'll be doing:

- Turning enquiries into memberships through genuine, confident sales conversations

- Delivering gym tours that showcase everything AFHQ has to offer

- Following up leads, generating new opportunities and closing sales

- Creating memorable first impressions and exceptional member experiences

- Keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be a fitness expert.



You do need to be great with people.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has natural confidence and can strike up a conversation with anyone

- Loves sales and gets a kick out of hitting targets

- Knows how to follow up, overcome objections and close a deal

- Brings energy, initiative and a positive attitude to every shift

- Can balance a busy reception environment with proactive sales activity

- Understands that great customer service and great sales go hand in hand

- Is genuinely excited about health, fitness and helping people

Experience in sales is highly regarded. Experience in the fitness industry is a bonus.

Personality, drive and attitude are non-negotiable.
