- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
/n
- Maintaining reception and front-of-house areas

- Providing general administrative and data entry support

- Liaising with clients, customers and internal stakeholders

- Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed/n
/nWe are looking for candidates who can confidently step into a new environment and quickly become a reliable part of the team. You will ideally have:/n

- Previous reception,
front-of-house or customer service experience
/n
- Professional presentation and a warm, confident communication style
/n
- Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
/n
- Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence in learning new systems
/n
- Robust organisation and attention to detail
/n
- The ability to adapt quickly to different workplaces and priorities
/n
- Availability for temporary assignments, with immediate availability highly regarded
/n
- Experience within medical, allied health, professional services, community services or corporate reception environments will also be highly regarded /n /n
