We are a long-standing surgery with a very proud commitment to patient care in our community and we are looking for a skilled team member, who will provide outstanding service to both our doctors and patients.

This role will suit applicants seeking 20-30 hours a week with availability for casual rostering and can include Sunday work. There may be extra hours available at times as people are away. Shifts may not be family friendly, as we do start early in the day, and can finish a bit late.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- ability to understand complex patient enquiries and manage patient expectations.

- accuracy and attention to detail.

- flexibility in a fast-paced environment, being able to problem solve on the go.

- ability to work within a team.

- adherence to policies and procedures and absolute commitment to patient and practice confidentiality.

- flexibility to work a casual roster arrangement.

- previous experience with Best Practice Software and handling EFTPOS payments is desirable.
