We’re the go-to team for all things Workplace Safety, Emergency Response training, specialised labour hire, and consultation services. The opportunity:

Due to a recent opening, we’re on the hunt for a Receptionist to join our Kalgoorlie office. This is your chance to become a key player in our business, providing top-notch front-of-house support and learning the ropes from a team that knows their stuff. Full training provided, just bring the right attitude!

A day in the life might include:





- Answering phones and helping clients with a smile (even over the phone)
- Handling data entry and keeping things tidy and accurate
- Communicating with our awesome team
- Managing general admin tasks like a boss
- Supporting management with various tasks that keep the wheels turning

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a positive understanding of the mining industry (or is keen to learn)
- Obsess over the small details – because they matter
- Is a computer whiz with solid admin skills
- Can work solo when needed but also be a team player
- Keeps cool under pressure and meets deadlines with ease
- Loves delivering excellent customer service
