Love working with clients and people, but tired of the recruitment grind?

At APG Workforce, we’ve structured this role differently! You’ll take ownership of approximately 3 key client sites, building strong relationships, understanding their workforce needs and coordinating the casual employees they need each day. Our dedicated recruitment team handles the front end, including advertising, candidate attraction, initial interviews and onboarding.

We find and qualify the people. You select, place and build the relationships.

What you'll do

- Manage approximately 3 key client relationships
- Understand daily and upcoming workforce requirements
- Select and place pre-qualified, work-ready candidates
- Coordinate casual employees and fill shifts
- Build relationships with your clients and casual workforce
- Know who performs well and fits each client
- Solve day-to-day workforce challenges
- Grow your accounts through excellent service

Salary & Benefits

- $90,000 to $100,000 package
- Hybrid working, with a mix of home and office
- Manage approximately 3 key client relationships

Who are we looking for? You'll be a people person and natural relationship builder who enjoys organising, solving problems and getting things done. Experience in labour hire, recruitment, account management, workforce coordination, rostering, manufacturing or logistics would be ideal.

More importantly, you'll enjoy taking ownership and becoming the person your clients can rely on!
