Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions including container unloaders, forklift drivers, warehouse workers and labourers
- Writing and posting job advertisements across Seek, Indeed, social media and other recruitment platforms
- Managing recruitment campaigns and candidate attraction strategies
- Screening applications, conducting phone interviews and coordinating onboarding
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and internal databases
- Building and maintaining talent pools to support workforce demands
- Working closely with operations teams to meet staffing requirements
About You
- Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or labour hire experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools
- Positive, proactive and results-focused attitude
