As we head towards the end of what has been a strong year for Omega Medical, we're already planning for 2027 and looking to build on that success.

A big part of those plans is growing our recruitment teams across three of our key divisions – Locum Doctors, Nursing and Allied Health.

We're looking to connect with experienced Recruitment Consultants who want to take the next step in their careers and join an established healthcare recruitment business with plenty of opportunity for growth.

The Opportunities We're recruiting across three divisions:

Locum Doctors

Build relationships with doctors and hospitals across Australia, placing medical professionals into locum opportunities and developing long-term candidate and client relationships.

Nursing

Work with nurses and healthcare facilities across Australia, managing recruitment opportunities and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Allied Health

Recruit allied health professionals into opportunities across Australia, developing candidate networks and supporting the staffing needs of healthcare organisations.

Each division has its own market and opportunities, but all offer the chance to build a successful recruitment career within an established business.

What You'll Be Doing





- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to placement
- Developing candidate pipelines and identifying new opportunities
- Growing existing client relationships and developing new business
- Working proactively to match candidates with suitable opportunities
- Managing your desk with a focus on activity, service and commercial results

About You We're looking for recruiters who enjoy building relationships, take ownership of their work and want to be part of a growing business.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous agency recruitment experience, whether in healthcare or another sector
- A track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering results
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to candidate management and business development
- Good organisation, follow-up and attention to detail
- The drive to build a successful desk and develop your career

Healthcare recruitment experience would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We're happy to support experienced recruiters who want to move into the healthcare sector.
