We’re partnering with an established recruitment agency to appoint a hands-on leader within its successful Brisbane office.

This is an opportunity with substantial earning potential. You’ll inherit a strong billing desk, earn commission on your personal performance and receive a team bonus - with a low commission threshold meaning you keep more of what you bill.

Alongside your own desk, you’ll lead five consultants across specialist blue-collar trades. The team has established client relationships, proven performance and further room to grow.

Who would suit?

An experienced agency recruiter with a strong billing record in blue-collar, trades or labour hire recruitment.

You might already be a team leader or recruitment manager, or a successful senior consultant ready to step into leadership. You’ll enjoy billing, developing others and leading by example.

Salary is adaptable depending on your experience and track record.
