About you

You are an emerging or experienced Registered Architect in Australia, passionate about design excellence, project delivery and meaningful client relationships.

You will be responsible for the design, documentation, procurement and delivery of architectural projects, working collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes, budgets and our Integrated Management System framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, articulate, and document project briefs and proposals to deliver innovative, functional design solutions and high-quality project outcomes that respond to client needs.
- Coordinate work within project teams,



including external consultants through all phases of a project to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Manage/assist to manage the preparation, collate information from the sub-consultants, coordination and submission of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interests and complex tenders/submissions from start to completion.
- Maintain effective project management, quality assurance and communication practices throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Regional Manager to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships and contribute to sustainable business growth.
- Undertake occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

- Registered Architect in Australia
- Minimum 3 years' of architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Demonstrated experience across all phases of architectural projects
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design and documentation outcomes
- Ability to work both independently while contributing positively to a cooperative team environment
