Join a Growing and Professional Migration Practice

SAL Migration & Legal Services is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and fully registered Migration Agent to join our growing professional team in Victoria Park, Western Australia.

We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable and results-driven migration professional with demonstrated expertise in Skilled Migration, Education and Student Visas, and complex immigration matters, including Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) proceedings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Migration Agent who is passionate about delivering high-quality migration services, managing complex cases and contributing to the continued growth of a professional migration practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage migration matters from initial consultation through to application lodgement and finalisation.
- Provide accurate, professional and strategic migration advice in accordance with Australian migration law.
- Manage Skilled Migration applications, including subclasses 189, 190 and 491, skills assessments, Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and state nomination applications.
- Handle Employer-Sponsored Visas, including subclasses 482, 186 and 494.
- Manage Student and Graduate Visas, including subclasses 500 and 485, and related education migration pathways.
- Prepare and manage complex visa applications, refusals, cancellations and immigration matters.
- Assist with ART merits review applications, including case preparation, submissions, supporting evidence and hearings within the scope of qualified authorisation.
- Maintain accurate case records,



meet deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and professional obligations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support junior staff and contribute to improving internal systems and service delivery.
- Actively contribute to client satisfaction, business development and the growth of SAL Migration's skilled migration practice.

Essential Requirements

- Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and a valid MARN.
- Demonstrated professional experience as a practising Registered Migration Agent.
- Strong knowledge of the Migration Act 1958, Migration Regulations 1994, relevant legislative instruments and current migration policies.
- Proven experience in Skilled Migration, Employer-Sponsored Migration and Student/Graduate Visa applications.
- Practical experience handling visa refusals, cancellations and ART review matters.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, case preparation and written submission skills.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload, prioritise deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Solid communication, client consultation and relationship-management skills.
- High standards of professional ethics, confidentiality and accountability.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration and a genuine commitment to business growth and client service.
