With a team of experienced nurses and administation team members supporting 8 dedicated GPs, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive care in a welcoming and collaborative environment.

We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week).

Whether you bring experience in general practice nursing or are looking to transition into primary care, this is an excellent opportunity to build your skills, work closely with experienced practitioners, and become part of a friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

As our Practice Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting patient care across a broad range of clinical activities. No two days are the same, with responsibilities including:

- Chronic Disease Management and care planning
- Triage and management of acutely unwell patients
- Childhood and adult immunisations
- Wound assessment and management
- Health assessments, including workplace medicals
- Assisting GPs with minor procedures, including:
- Mirena insertions and removals
- Non-scalpel vasectomies
- Skin procedures and excisions
- Patient education and results follow-up
- Cold chain management and vaccine compliance
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives

You'll also work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver culturally appropriate, high-quality care and contribute to a positive patient experience.

About You





We're looking for someone who brings a caring and professional approach to their work, along with a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Sound computer literacy skills
- A positive, adaptable, and team-focused attitude

Previous experience in General Practice nursing is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from experienced Registered Nurses looking to expand their career into primary health care.
